Yami no Matsuei- 'Tatsumi'

About time I made more fanart from this series! After
reading the new manga I got this Christmas, I am SO
obsessed with the series more than ever.

Here's another character I attempted to draw for the
first time...well, sort of. I drew him as a chibi previously.
Anyway, this is Seiichiro Tatsumi (my 2nd favorite
character next to Tsuzuki ). He's the accountant/
secretary of the ministry....and a very scary one at that.
Whenever there is a crisis involving money, he goes
ballistic. *Yes, Tatsumi is a miser.* Not only is he
the secretary, but he was a Guardian of Death and he
has the ability to control shadows! *So I nicknamed him
Shadow, because it's cute. *

He's supposed to look a little upset in this picture.
I think I did pretty good for a first attempt. A reference
pic was used because his hair is just impossible to
draw without one. Ahaha...
